What is OrientDig?
OrientDig describes itself as a shopping-agent service for goods from Chinese marketplaces. It sits between the shopper and the original seller: the shopper submits a product, the agent purchases it, receives it at a warehouse and later prepares an international parcel.
Two separate decisions
Paying for an item is not the same as paying to send a parcel to the UK. OrientDig’s current guide separates the item purchase, Chinese domestic delivery, warehouse inspection and storage, parcel submission and international delivery payment.
Start with the original details
Check the selected colour, size, quantity and seller information before paying. Restrictions can affect whether an item can use a particular delivery method.
