What makes up a UK order total?

1. The item price

The catalogue retains the original CNY amount and shows a dated approximate sterling conversion for comparison. Your card or payment provider may use a different rate and add a fee.

2. Delivery inside China

A seller may charge delivery to the agent’s warehouse. Do not assume this is included unless the current checkout states it clearly.

3. International parcel delivery

International delivery is calculated later from the packed parcel and route selected. Actual and volumetric weight can differ, so a product listing alone cannot establish the final charge.

4. VAT, Customs Duty and handling

VAT and Customs Duty are separate. GOV.UK says treatment depends on where goods are sent from, the destination and the consignment. For Great Britain, Customs Duty can apply to non-excise goods worth more than £135; Northern Ireland also has “at risk” treatment. Courier handling charges may be separate.

Before paying

Recheck the product variant, domestic delivery, parcel estimate, payment exchange rate and destination-specific import guidance. Never rely on a fixed “tax-free” promise or an inaccurate declaration.
