What QC photos can—and cannot—tell you
OrientDig’s ordering guide says an item is inspected and photographed after it reaches the warehouse. Those images can support a visible-detail check before parcel submission.
A useful photo check
Compare the colour, selected size label, visible quantity, obvious damage and included parts with the order. For trainers, ask for a readable size label or measurement when the supplied view is unclear.
The hard limit
A photograph is not authentication. It cannot prove materials, internal construction, long-term quality, exact fit or successful delivery.
If something does not match
Pause before submitting the international parcel and use the platform’s current order support process. Return availability depends on seller acceptance and the applicable platform conditions, so do not assume a return will be available.
