Treat the product order and international parcel as separate stages. Charges and choices can appear at both.
Before the warehouse
- Open the exact product link and confirm the seller, variant and quantity.
- Review Chinese domestic delivery shown at checkout.
- Pay for the item only when the order details match.
At the warehouse
OrientDig says items are received, inspected and photographed before storage. Use photographs to check visible details and labels; they cannot prove authenticity or fit.
Before international dispatch
- Choose the correct UK destination.
- Review the available route for the packed item.
- Check estimated versus chargeable parcel weight.
- Allow separately for VAT, duty and courier handling where applicable.
